REFUNDS FOR TUTORING
Please contact your tutor directly to cancel any upcoming lessons (remember you need to give them at least 24 hours notice or charges apply).
Next, notify LSG by emailing us at email@example.com.
You must notify LSG within 21 days of your last lesson, or a cancellation fee (equivalent to 1 PAYG hour) applies. Any unpaid lessons will be billed as per usual at the end of the current fortnightly billing cycle.
Prepaid 10-Hour Package students
Any unused balance will be refunded, minus the full price of 1 PAYG hour. Any hours previously used on the current package will be charged at PAYG price.
Sarah has purchased a Prepaid 10-Hour Package for $900. She has used 6 hours and has 4 unused hours. Sarah wishes to terminate tutoring and obtain a refund.
Lisa’s Study Guides will revise the current package:
Charge $570: 6 hours used x $95/hr (PAYG price)
Charge $95: Termination penalty equivalent to 1 PAYG hour ($95) for administrative costs
Refund $235: Prepaid 10-Hour Package purchased for $900 - (6 x $95) - $95 = $235
You will be refunded at the end of our current fortnightly billing cycle. Once processed, refunds can take 5-10 business days to reach your account.
If there is not enough credit remaining to pay the PAYG lessons + termination penalty, no refund will be given.
RETURNS FOR EBOOKS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges within 14 days will be honoured, but please note that refunds are offered on a case by case basis. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Your funds will return to you within 5-10 business days.
There are no refunds available for our $99 Pro offer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
